Following the unexpected death of our company founder and managing director, Thomas Hödel, in September 2025, dot-spot GmbH & Co. KG was forced to file for insolvency and cease operations shortly thereafter. We informed you of this. This pending process dragged on for some time and brought everything to a standstill.

In September 2026, a new chapter began:
The domain dot-spot.de has finally been acquired by dot-lines UG.

dot-lines UG is a newly founded, legally independent company. Behind dot-lines UG is a part of the long-standing dot-spot team, who contribute their experience, contacts, and passion for professional LED lighting solutions to dot-lines UG.
